With effect from August 1 PONY EXPRESS is starting to receive documents for processing of visas to the Republic of Korea in the Moscow Embassy of the Republic of Korea.

PONY EXPRESS is starting to receive documents for processing of visas to the Republic Korea for Russian citizens.

Residents of the Primorie Territory, the Khabarovsk Territory, the Amur, Magadan, Sakhalin Regions, the Kamchatka Territory, the Jewish Autonomous Region, and the Chukotka Autonomous Region shall contact the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Vladivostok.

Residents of St.-Petersburg, the Republic of Karelia, the Komi Republic, the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov Regions, and the Nenets Autonomous Area shall contact the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in St.- Petersburg.

Residents of the Irkutsk Region and the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Buryatiya, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Republic of Tuva, the Republic of Khakassia, the Kemerovo Region, the Novosibirsk Region, the Omsk Region, the Tomsk Region, the Altay Territory, the Zabaikalye Territory, and the Krasnoyarsk Region shall contact the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Irkutsk.

The procedure for filing documents for visa processing includes filing of documents in accordance with the list approved by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.

The documents shall be filed with any one of the offices located in Moscow or regions.

• Acceptance of documents is performed by the visa department employee in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
• You will have to pay the visa processing fee and the service fee. The visa processing fee is payable for review of each visa application in Russian rubles at the then prevailing exchange rate fixed by the RF Central Bank on the date of payment. You will be provided with the following documents: invoice with appropriate details (Surname, Name, Patronymic of the Applicant, passport No., date of birth, e-mail address and contact telephone No.); cash vouchers for payment of PONY EXPRESS services and for payment of the consular fee.
• Your package of documents will be delivered to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
  Visa applications shall be reviewed by the Embassy within the period of up to 5 business days. In extraordinary cases the Embassy reserves the right to extend the period for review of the visa applications at its own discretion.
• The Documents issued by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Moscow are delivered within the territory of the Russian Federation to the address designated by the Applicant.
