Procedure established for filing of documents for the USA visa
For a short-term visit to the USA for business or tourist purpose, and for the purpose of training or cultural exchange, it is required to obtain a non-immigration visa.
Filing of documents for the USA visa includes the following several steps:
1. Prepare the necessary documents
1.1. Valid passport for travel abroad (your passport shall be valid at least 6 months after your planned trip to the USA (for example, if you plan to go to the USA for 1 month stay in March, your passport shall be valid at least till October)).
1.2. Documents to be filed for support of the visa application.
2. Complete DS-160 form

3. Get registered on the US State Department information resource website.
3.1. Registration at the U.S. State Department is free of charges in case of turning to Pony Express assistance in filling out of form DS-160.
3.2. You can register at the US State Department by yourself.
4. If your application for the visa does not require the interview, you shall submit all the documents for review to the US Embassy (General Consulate) via the nearest PONY EXPRESS courier service Moscow office or regional office.

5. After the interview the passport will be delivered to you by PONY EXPRESS company.
